Authentic and Intimate Scotland Elopement Photography

Elopements in Scotland (and anywhere else for that matter) hold a special place in our hearts. There’s no traditions or expectations, no timeline chasing you or crowds of distant relatives to please. You’re choosing to celebrate your love in a way that’s right for you, with the people in the world who matter most. And you know what? That’s our kinda story!

So we won’t be telling you where to stand, or how to pose. We won’t be asking you to perform for the camera or turning the whole thing into a spectacle. Because that’s not what your day’s about. We want you to look at your photos in forty years’ time and feel your love for each other radiating out from the pages. We want you to look at the photos and see you.

But most importantly of all, we want you to think of us as friends and fellow adventurers, not just elopement photographers. We want to join in the whirlwind experience with you, get swept up in the romance alongside you, and share in your love and happiness like it’s our own. We want muddy boots, cold faces and wet hair. We want to end the day exhausted, with cheeks that ache from laughing. We don’t just want to just tell your story, we want to be a part of it.

Helping you plan an elopement that’s true to you

an eloping couple kiss on the cliffs at neist point on the isle of skye

When we were planning our own wedding, we longed for a Scottish elopement in the mountains. But we couldn’t imagine getting married without our families, and frail nans and mountains don’t mix. So we made a few ‘harmless’ compromises here and there. Small little changes, you know? But before we knew it, our intimate elopement had become big wedding.

Thankfully, (the only good thing to come from Covid) restrictions put a stop to our runaway train, and we had an intimate ceremony in the back garden of a cool little Airbnb in Leicestershire (our home county.) It wasn’t big or elaborate, but it was ours. It was the best day of our lives that we got to share with our family.

So when you're planning your elopement, we want to help you plan a day that’s authentically you. We can help you pick out a location, and give you advice around how to include your family in your plans (if you want to!) We’ll ask all the right questions, and always try to bring you right back to what’s really important. Think of us as your unofficial planners, drawing on our own experience to give you a day completely centred around what will make you happy.

Prices

Our prices are based on the fact we love what we do. There’s no sneaky catch and no hidden fees. We don’t charge the earth, simply because we don’t need to and we’re not greedy! If our work is how you’ve always imagined your story to be told, we’d love to hear from you.

Our elopement packages start at £1400. For our full pricing guide please contact us.

“From the first phone call with Harriett, I knew our photography for the day was in safe hands. She really took the time to get to know us and what we wanted.”
